Why Talalla Yoga & Wellness?
Our Wellness Retreats are the epitome of a balanced, healthy holiday; taking a light hearted and holistic approach to wellbeing, with a focus on mind, body and soul.
At Talalla Yoga – we see our retreat spaces more like mini trainings, diving deep into your Asana practice, with the support of our meditation and unique group workshops, focusing around the 4 different themes we have to offer throughout each month.
Talalla Featured Retreats
Along with our in-house Talalla Yoga and Wellness Retreats, we love to get creative and offer further variety by sharing our monthly “Featured Retreats” where we partner up with guest facilitators from around the world to broaden your retreat experience even further.
Offering trainings in Reiki, Qigong, Self-Healing, Wim Hof, Digital Marketing, Surf Photography, NLP & Self-love retreats, plus much more.
Combine this with our professional classes and services that Talalla Yoga and Wellness already have to offer to bring you an authentic and unique retreat experience.
Talalla Yoga Trainings 2020
For the first time ever, Talalla Yoga will be running our 200 Hour Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher Training from June 1st – 27th 2020, facilitated by our Senior Yoga Manager Tye Fielding, and supported by our regular Talalla Yoga teachers Echo Flow and Skaya Hedstrom.
This yoga training is perfect for new students looking to refine and deepen their practice as well as for certified teachers who have already completed a 200hr or 500hr looking to expand their philosophy and teaching skillset beyond the scope of asana.
