Born on the West Coast of Australia, Jenna found herself enjoying the outdoors, sun and sport from a very young age.

After hitting ‘burn out’ in her previous career as a senior video producer, she transitioned into the health and wellness space and followed her love for mind-body + soul connection. Deep diving into how to create a more balanced ‘life’ she found herself teaching and running retreats in Australia, Bali and Sri Lanka before deciding to base at Talalla.

She finds the fun and enjoyment in self-development, taking a very open approach based on learning, allowing and sharing experiences. She believes getaways can be the best time to reconnect and reboot with the self (and others too!)

Getting salty in the surf, creating dance moves with the staff, downward dogging in the shalas or boxing on the beach.

Bronte is a firm believer that movement should be a joy not a punishment, that food can (and should) be both delicious and nourishing, that self-development doesn’t have to be so serious and that laughter, particularly the ability to laugh at ourselves, is often the best medicine.

Bronte loves working with women who are seeking a more holistic approach to movement. Her classes focus on awareness of alignment and form to bring a deeper and more meaningful level of work to the body and mind.

In the ocean surfing or snorkelling. On land, devouring a good book (or curry), wandering through the veggie garden or enjoying life under the palm trees.

“Nid” as she’s affectionately called loves all her incarnations as a therapist and teacher. She coaches from the place of conscious awareness: to empower others to discover the tools of how the body and mind talk to one another, which helps us connect into our life’s purpose and joy. All movement must come from a sensation of ease, fluidity and stability – her core themes. When we experience genuine ease then we can find alignment with our larger Self for a more fulfilled life.
