Our daily 60 minute Reformer Pilates classes are available to both retreat guests and visitors. With sessions designed to suit all levels, everyone is invited to join, relax, and enjoy the benefits of Pilates in a welcoming and supportive environment.

How do I book a class?
Aim to book at least 24hrs before the class starts to ensure your spot. You can book at the front desk on our property or get in touch via email or phone.
Do I need any prior experience to join a Reformer Pilates class?
Not at all! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, our classes are designed to be accessible to everyone. Our instructors will guide you through each move, so you’ll feel confident and supported no matter your experience level.
What should I bring to a class?
Just bring yourself and a bottle of water to stay hydrated—everything else is provided! We’ve got all the equipment you need to enjoy your session.
How long are the Reformer Pilates classes?
Our classes are 60 minutes of fun and focused movement! It’s the perfect amount of time to work up a good stretch and sweat, while also giving you a chance to unwind and relax.
Can I join a class if I’m not staying at the retreat?
Absolutely! Our classes are open to everyone, whether you’re staying with us or just visiting. We’d love for you to join us and experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates in this beautiful setting.
What should I wear to a Reformer Pilates class?
Wear something lightweight and comfortable that allows you to move freely. Since Pilates can get a bit sweaty, choose clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident while you stretch, strengthen, and flow!

MEET THE TEAM

ALLISON GOMES
Allison is a California native with a background in professional dance who began teaching Pilates in 2007. As a full time instructor for almost 20 years, she has taught everyone from olympic athletes, students recovering from injuries, pre and post natal, and corporate clients. In addition to reformer and mat Pilates, Allison teaches yoga, meditation, dance, and classes for children. She had been teaching abroad in Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and no Sri Lanka since 2018. When she's not in the studio you can find her on the beach watching the sunset, or hanging with the locals.

JANE GICQUEL
Jane left corporate life in the UK to follow her true passion - helping people move, feel, and live better through Pilates. With a lifelong love of sport, running, strength training, and high-intensity workouts, she understands the importance of balance, mobility, and building a strong foundation for movement. Jane believes Pilates is more than just exercise - it's a tool for long-term wellbeing, strength, and energy. When she's not in the studio, you'll find her exploring new places, embracing her love of solo travel, or soaking up the beauty of her surroundings.
