Talalla Yoga and Enhance Yoga are proud to bring you this energizing and restoring Yoga and Qigong retreat.

We want to immerse you with amazing training and healing practices of Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, Qigong, Meditation. Most importantly, nurturing your body with loving fresh and healing food. Moreover, it allows you to immerse yourself in a gorgeous environment to give you the peace and care you deserve.

Within this setting, we will allow you to explore our classes at your own pace. So, we have designed this program to allow you to immerse yourself into the retreat as we begin to look at every aspect throughout the body.

From Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, Restorative to Qigong and Meditation, we will build strength and mobility through these practices. In addition, we will explore and begin to deepen the level of energy. Furthermore, we can harness through internal Qi practices and start to calm the mind and bring peace back to the body.

Our caring team wants you to be nurtured through the retreat, explore and deepen to the practice. Moreover, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings within this natural setting of nature and the beautiful surf and fun for you to enjoy.


What is Qigong?

Qigong is a gentle movement practice focusing on the internal connection. It develops healing and calming of the mind. Moreover, it builds an understanding and awareness of moving life force (Qi), through the body.  A connection of mind, body, and spirit is strengthened creating harmony and healing within the body.

Qigong involves a progressive set of movement exercises. It is linking rhythmic breathing patterns formed to create a fluid set of movements, building warmth and energy flow. As a result, it is helping to bring healing back to the body.  Therefore, the Qigong system can help to reduce stress and anxiety, build stamina, and increase vitality whilst enhancing the immune system.
It can also help to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions. At the same time, it is bringing further mobility and function back to the physical body. Most importantly, the supply of oxygen increases through the body helping to energize and offer a rejuvenating effect on every cell.

The practice forms an important part in Chinese Medicine, Chinese Martial, and Healing Arts. It has been used extensively in China and throughout the world as part of
traditional Chinese medicine and alternative complementary medicines. A powerful healing practice to help with many aspects in the body.

About Your Teachers



Adam has created his teaching style over many years of training and development around the World. Adam’s passion of Yoga has driven ongoing pursuits of training and development helping to inspire his students to achieve their health and wellness goals. Adam was a multiple Australian National Wushu title holder, competing abroad in the World Championships representing Australia from his years training Kung Fu/Wushu. He studied further in the health and fitness industry to give himself a deeper knowledge of human body movement qualifying as a personal trainer and Kung Fu Wushu tai qi quan coach. Whilst finding other ways to heal and energise the body even further, Adam fell in love with the art and science of yoga and continued his learning studying locally and spending time travelling abroad to train and develop. Adam studied throughout China, from the Beijing Wushu Institute, to Shaolin Buddhist Temples spending time in training throughout many regions. His love of of Yoga saw time spent in the Yoga ‘homeland’ of India, whilst further trips were made to workshop and study throughout the US and to other parts of the world. His connection to the internal arts drew Adam back to further Qigong training, continuing to deepen his level of training and passion of the power of this practice ready to guide you through this time together.



Suyinh started her yoga journey over 15 years ago continuing her travel and training abroad in the constant endeavour to seek new healing techniques. A background in pilates teachings, she is also a remedial therapist and applies her knowledge of the human body to her teaching methods. Suyinh, the founder of Enhance Yoga Barre Fusion Training System, modifies Barre Fusion yoga techniques to suit individual needs, based on her anatomy, yoga and pilates background. Her classes are challenging, fun and balanced focusing on alignment and natural body movement. Suyinh’s passion also lies in food and nutrition. She runs Enhance Living Food workshops where she teaches you how to make delicious health meals and mouth watering desserts using raw ingredients, and helps to teach food preparation techniques on other food preparation methods, from kombucha and fermenting processes to clever and easy to make daily snack ideas. Suyinh is passionate and applies care for every individual and through every aspect of her teachings.
