Nikki Heyder is a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Holistic Counsellor, and Corporate Wellness Consultant. She is also a qualified Yoga Teacher and whole foods expert having run and owned her own health food business for over 6 years. Nikki works closely with women from all walks of life and from all over the globe specialising in in digestive health, hormone balancing, stress + anxiety management, and in helping them gain a greater connection and understanding of their own bodies. Nikki is passionate about finding what works for each individual body type, and in aiding others to create sustainable plans which suit their lifestyle. Her pragmatic approach to wellbeing encompasses mind, body and spirituality – ensuring she pulls knowledge from all of her modalities.
