Balance Breaks at Talalla Retreat
This week at Talalla we had our resident wellness gurus Paper Tiger running one of their signature Balance Breaks. There was lots of Yoga, Pilates, Boxilates and Surfing involved, all of the team were stoked to be up and standing by their second lesson, shakas all round. One of the highlights (other than the amazing Sri Lankan food – hello beetroot curry and sago pudding!) was getting up close and personal with the elephants at Udawalawe National Park. The beautiful week was capped off with sunset cocktails at the divine Cape Weligama, bliss!
