Join our daily drop-in yoga classes in the mornings in one of the outdoor yoga shalas at Talalla Retreat.

 

Vinyasa Flow 7:30 AM – 9 AM and are usually an active Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice and designed to prepare you for the day.

Restorative Yin: 5 PM to 6:30 PM and are taught in Restorative / Yin Yoga style and is a very gentle and quiet practice.

 

Pilates ($12):
