What’s new at Talalla Retreat? It’s low season and our room rates have dropped significantly until the 31st of July. If you’re seeking an active holiday, we still have limited spaces available on our yoga, wellness and surf retreats for the next few months. Daily Classes and Workshops
Suitable for all levels, no booking required ($15)
Join our daily drop-in yoga classes in the mornings in one of the outdoor yoga shalas at Talalla Retreat.
Vinyasa Flow 7:30 AM – 9 AM and are usually an active Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice and designed to prepare you for the day.
Restorative Yin: 5 PM to 6:30 PM and are taught in Restorative / Yin Yoga style and is a very gentle and quiet practice.
Pilates ($12):
Wednesday: 9 – 9:45 AM
Thursday: 9 – 9:45 AM
Boxilates ($12):
Wednesday: 5 – 5:45 PM

Learn about your alignment, how your muscles and joints work together, and to discover if there are any imbalances that need to be addressed.
- Reiki (by appointment)
A Reiki practitioner will find the root causes of imbalances and initiate an energetic healing process.
